About TRC Ministry Collective
What started in 1982 as The Regeneration Center—one woman's vision to help ex-offenders in Alexandria, Minnesota—has multiplied into something far bigger. Over four decades, that single seed grew into a community center, vocational training, neighborhood ministries, and partnerships across 25+ nations.
We're now TRC Ministry Collective, a family of ministries united by one conviction: the local church is God's plan A for transformation. We don't franchise programs or build empires. We come alongside what God is already doing, remove barriers, and build systems that multiply long after we're gone.

To facilitate works of service within the Christian Church.
Our Conviction
God chose the local church—not programs, not organizations, not celebrity ministries—as His primary vehicle for transformation. We exist to strengthen that church by equipping the individuals within it to live out their unique callings. Whether someone is called to vocational ministry, marketplace leadership, or neighborhood service, we help remove the barriers between their calling and their impact.

We're nondenominational by design, partnering with churches across traditions rather than competing with them. From the Lakes Area of Minnesota to rural Ghana, we come alongside local congregations to provide the training, resources, and infrastructure they need to multiply disciples and raise up leaders.

Our Theology
Transformation starts with relationship—a sincere faith in God and a personal commitment to following Jesus. We believe discipleship isn't about religious performance but about character formed through intimacy with Christ and obedience to His teachings.
