For years, what began as The Regeneration Center has been quietly and faithfully walking alongside ministry leaders—removing barriers, strengthening foundations, and helping God-given callings come to life. Today, that mission takes a clearer, more expansive shape with a new name:
TRC Ministry Collective
This isn’t just a rebrand. It’s a reflection of who we’ve become—and where we’re going.

Why the Change?
As the work has grown, so has the vision.
What started as a single center of support has evolved into something more dynamic: a network of ministries, leaders, and churches working together, each carrying unique callings but sharing a common need for structure, support, and spiritual alignment.
The name TRC Ministry Collective captures that reality.
“TRC” honors the legacy and foundation already built.
“Ministry” keeps the focus clear—this is about Kingdom work.
“Collective” reflects the collaborative, relational model at the heart of everything we do.
We are no longer just a place people come to for help—we are a connected ecosystem of ministries moving forward together.
What Stays the Same
While the name is new, the mission remains deeply rooted:
To come alongside leaders and remove the operational and administrative barriers that often stand in the way of their calling.
TRC Ministry Collective continues to function as a ministry incubator and hub, equipping leaders with the tools, systems, and support they need so they can focus fully on what God has called them to do.
We still believe:
Calling matters more than complexity
Relationships matter more than results
The local church and family remain central to lasting transformation
And we are still committed to empowering leaders to step confidently into their purpose—without being weighed down by the mechanics of running a ministry.
What This New Season Represents
This new name signals a broader, more intentional model:
1. A Hub for Collaboration
Rather than operating in isolation, ministries within TRC Ministry Collective are connected, supported, and strengthened together. This creates shared momentum, wisdom, and sustainability.
2. Streamlined Support at Scale
From administration to compliance to operational strategy, TRC exists to clear the path—so leaders can stay focused on ministry, not management.
3. A Commitment to Kingdom Impact
Everything points back to one goal: transformed people, strong families, empowered churches, and the visible manifestation of God’s Kingdom.
A Collective Built on Calling
At its core, TRC Ministry Collective is about this simple truth: God calls individuals—and those individuals need support to fully walk it out.
By creating a structure that partners instead of replaces, supports instead of controls, and connects instead of isolates, TRC Ministry Collective is building something sustainable, relational, and deeply aligned with the Church.
Looking Ahead
This is just the beginning of a more connected future.
As TRC Ministry Collective continues to grow, the vision is clear:
More ministries launched and sustained
More leaders equipped and encouraged
More churches strengthened from within
All working together—not as separate efforts, but as one collective movement.
If you’ve been part of the journey so far, thank you. If you’re just discovering TRC, welcome.
The name has changed. The mission has deepened. And the work is only just beginning.
