TRC Collective exists to empower ministry leaders to step fully into the calling God has placed on their lives. Across the world, passionate leaders are responding to God’s invitation to serve their communities, strengthen the local church, and share the hope of the Gospel. Yet many of these leaders face a common challenge—administrative burdens, operational complexity, and organizational demands that can distract from the mission they were called to pursue.
TRC Collective was created to remove those barriers.
We come alongside ministry leaders with practical support, providing the structure, stewardship, and operational guidance they need so they can focus on what matters most: discipling people, building healthy churches, and serving communities in the name of Christ.

This approach allows leaders to devote their time and energy to people, discipleship, and mission—while ensuring the ministry operates with excellence and accountability.

Vision
It is the vision of TRC to see individuals fulfill their calling under the authority of the Church using the resources of the Kingdom of God.
We believe that God has chosen to use individuals to do His work on earth under the authority of the Church within the kingdom of God. It is our intention to strengthen the church through teaching and training. We intend to help local churches raise up and empower the individuals in their Church to carry out their unique calling within the Church community and the world.
Mission
The mission of TRC Ministries is to facilitate works of service within the Christian Church.
Many people within the Christian Church desire to engage in kingdom work but encounter many hurdles to fulfill their desire and calling. TRC Ministries exists to help these individuals pursue their desire to serve God with their talents and energy without the distractions of starting and running a nonprofit ministry.
